How accurate are your insights?
Accuracy is very important in a reading (my focus is practicality and results now), yet in your life free will/choice is supreme. Accuracy is based on the assumption that your future is not fixed you are in the drivers seat. In my sessions, I usually see the patterns at work in your life. If your current momentum remains unchanged so are the likely results. With more accurate info you can make better choices and have better outcomes. Events are a result of choice. Timing is a state of readiness, not the calendar. We live and create our lives by an our internal body clock. How ready are we for the change?? What preparations need to be made?
How are you different from a medium or psychic?
Words are only labels for where we are in our growth and understanding. For me they refer to a level of energy where information is stored. In all professions and in this work quality depends on the individuals intention, agenda, ability, training and focus. ..some of us have a passion & talent...I do..

Sandra, how did you start, how long have you been doing this?
Truth is, I have have always gotten messages, feelings and images about other people. But, I ignored them. There was enough going on in my life and I did not want or need distractions.
I used to say to myself "There's got to be more." So, I learned to seek out alternative ways of getting information and achieving my goals. One of my most deeply held beliefs is reflected in this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson,
"What lies before you, what lies behind you, is small compared to what lies within you."
The 'Defining Moment' ... 27 years ago I entered what I now call "The Defining Moment" in my life. I was in the middle of a nasty divorce, facing a custody battle over my children. An immediate family member was in trouble with the law. The stress was almost unbearable my mind was always racing. I routinely woke up with an upset stomach. I had no one to turn to for help
If that wasn't enough, I thought I was losing my mind! I had begun 'seeing things' -- horrible visions that I later learned were premonitions about a loved one. I was terrified because I didn't understand what was happening. If I spoke about what I was seeing, feeling and knowing, people would question my stability and I could lose custody of my children.
I turned to several traditional sources of therapy for help in understanding what was happening. The results were disappointing.
The Answer Comes ... Then, I heard a person on the radio describing exactly what I was experiencing. I couldn't believe it! Maybe I wasn't crazy after all!
I managed to track down the speaker and arrange a meeting. He was able to tell me things no other living soul knew about my life. He assured me that what I was experiencing was my intuitive ability and that I could no longer ignore my inner feelings. And he explained that the visions I was receiving were to help me make better choices, and when possible, to help others
When my visions showed me a loved one being beaten and lying in a pool of blood, I was able to use this new perspective to redirect my approach and avoid the terrifying outcome I saw in my premonition
A Life Long Commitment ... I soon came to understand and access my intuition on a regular basis. It helped me make better choices and really enjoy my choice,outcomes and life. Daily meditation, journaling, studying eastern philosophies, and real heart introspection became as important to me as eating or sleeping. My life changed. Even my ex-mother-in-law, with whom I never got along, said to me one day "I want some of what you've got--peace!"

How did you start, how long have you been doing what you do?
To answer this question, it's probably best that I share with you a defining moment and resulting "compelling story" that brought me to where I am today, assisting people like you on exactly what to do to use their intuition daily.
I was stopped in my tracks, by feelings of shock, danger and helplessness with a vision. I was getting premonitions about one of my children that terrified me. I felt I could not tell anyone what I was seeing, feeling, and knowing. I felt at the time that if I voiced what was happening, I would risk loosing custody of my children. It was time to get more serious about the premonitions and messages I was receiving. After all, it was about my child.
I turned to a speaker-reader I heard on the radio, whose voice I found very soothing. I had a session, he told me things no other living soul knew. He explained and convinced me that what I was becoming more aware of my innate ability-intuition. Because of this new perspective I was able to use the information and redirect my approach and avoid the terrifying situation I saw in my premonition.
